You can’t buy a better turkey!   

Stew Leonard’s free-range Naked turkeys are fed a 100% vegetarian diet and are NEVER given antibiotics or added hormones, plus it offers 20% more breast meat and 55% less fat than regular turkeys!  The turkey is prepared fresh with our chefs’ homemade aromatics, including onions, crisp apples, freshly cracked black pepper, juicy orange, bay leaf, whole garlic, Marsala wine and olive oil. Stew’s aromatics is what makes this bird juicy, tender and bursting with flavor! You can order your turkey already roasted, but it will be cold and will need to be reheated. Or, you can order your turkey fully marinated and ready-to-cook. Heating and cooking instructions included.

Turkey weights before cooking:
Large 20-22 lbs. - Serves 14 - 18 guests
Medium 16-18 lbs. – Serves 10 guests

All turkeys are prepared in a pan, size 18" L x 14' W x 2.5" D.

What is Stew’s Naked®?

Put a quarter inch of chicken broth or water in the bottom of your pan. Baste twice throughout the cooking time. Be sure the internal temperature of the thickest part of the thigh reaches 165°F.

Medium Oven Ready Turkey: Preheat oven to 350°F and cook for 4-4 ½ hours.

Large Oven Ready: Preheat oven to 350°F and cook for 5-5 ½ hours.

Roasted Turkey: Preheat oven to 325°F and cover the panned turkey tightly with foil. Pro tip: place a piece of parchment paper on the breasts to avoid tearing of the skin. Reheat a medium turkey for 1-2 hours and a large turkey for 2-3 hours until a thermometer inserted into the thigh joint reaches 165°F.
