Meet Beth of Bethy’s Bakery!
“In 1984, I had just returned from France where I received my Master’s degree and fell in love with French food and culture. I thought our customers would love it too, so I started baking fresh butter croissants in our Norwalk store. From there, Bethy’s Bakery just grew and grew.
